Natural fruits are good as they contain a lot of fiber but not fruit juices. While preparing the juice all the fiber gets removed in the process that is an essential element to lose weight. Especially the fruit juices that are available in the market are not a good option if you are planning to lose weight.
They contain a lot of added sugar and other preservatives that can slow down the process of weight loss. They are highly processed and can be fattening for the body. Whole fruits are good for health and in losing weight, but fruit juices have the opposite effect on the body.
