6: Now, Click on “Get authorization PIN”.

7: An OTP will now be sent to your registered mobile number.

8: Enter the OTP and click on “submit”.

9: If you have multiple SBI accounts, at this point, choose the account you wish to change the ATM PIN for.

10: Once you have chosen the account, click on “Continue”.

11: Now, select the card for which you want to change the PIN and click “submit”.

12: Now, enter the first two digits of your new PIN. The other two digits will be sent by SBI via SMS.

13: Once you have received the other two PIN numbers, enter all four digits and click on “submit”.

Once that is done with all the above steps, the State Bank of India will send you a confirmation message that your ATM PIN has been changed.

Steps to Change SBI PIN at ATM

It is not required for you to change your PIN at the bank branch, as you can do the same either at any SBI ATM or through your SBI Internet banking account.

1: At the ATM, swipe your SBI debit card and then choose the change PIN option.

2: Next, enter your registered mobile number and click on “submit”.

3: Then, the bank will send you an OTP (one-time password), and you must enter the OTP to proceed.

2: Choose the ATM services option.

3: Enter the debit card number.

4: Next, enter the account number that is linked to the debit card.

5: Re-enter the account number to confirm.

6: You will receive a one-time password (OTP), which will be valid for two days. You need to visit any of your nearest SBI ATMs and reset the debit card PIN.

You also have the option to modify your ATM PIN via SMS. SBI offers its customers the convenience of changing their ATM PIN through SMS. All that’s required is a registered mobile number and your account details.

1. If you have your SBI ATM card, passbook, and registered mobile number available, you can easily change your ATM PIN from the comfort of your home.

2. To reach out for assistance, you can dial either 18004253800 or 1800112211 from the number that is registered in your name. 

3. The IVR menu will ask you to enter your 16-digit SBI ATM card number along, with your account number.

4. After you have successfully submitted both, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your smartphone.

5. You can update your ATM PIN and finish the IVR transaction after submitting the OTP.
