11: Now, select the card for which you want to change the PIN and click “submit”.

12: Now, enter the first two digits of your new PIN. The other two digits will be sent by SBI via SMS.

13: Once you have received the other two PIN numbers, enter all four digits and click on “submit”.

Once that is done with all the above steps, the State Bank of India will send you a confirmation message that your ATM PIN has been changed.

Steps to Change SBI PIN at ATM

It is not required for you to change your PIN at the bank branch, as you can do the same either at any SBI ATM or through your SBI Internet banking account.

1: At the ATM, swipe your SBI debit card and then choose the change PIN option.

3. The IVR menu will ask you to enter your 16-digit SBI ATM card number along, with your account number.

4. After you have successfully submitted both, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your smartphone.

5. You can update your ATM PIN and finish the IVR transaction after submitting the OTP.
